Balboa

Born in the 1930s, Balboa is a swing dance characterized by a close embrace, fast music, and intricate lead-follow dynamics.

Cha Cha

A Latin dance with faster footwork. Great for Latin and pop music!

East Coast Swing

One of the more simple and most popular variations of Swing done to big band music. Get ready for the mixer at the Ball!

Foxtrot

Ballroom dance done to big band music. Similar to Waltz with travels around the floor.

Hustle

Nightclub dance done to disco, house, and pop music. Similar to Swing and looks flashy on the floor.

Lindy Hop

A uniquely American dance style that evolved alongside jazz in the 1920’s. A joyful, elastic dance where partners use each other’s momentum to swing, turn, and bounce around the floor.

Merengue

Easy and fun dance done to Latin music. Great for beginners and good practice of the Cuban motion!

Nightclub Two Step

Slow and romantic dance done to ballads. Upgrade your slow dance with some new moves!

Rumba

Slow Latin dance with lots of Cuban motion done to R&B and Latin music. Similar to Cha Cha.

Salsa

A popular Latin dance. Great for Latin and pop music!

Tango

Ballroom dance done to strong marches and travels around the floor. Great for those who love a dramatic flair!

Waltz

Brazilian Zouk originated from Lambada in the 1990’s. It’s known for its flowy style with lots of hip and head movements!
